Lisa always wanted to study abroad. Last year, she had the chance to go to England for six months. She lived with a host family in London and attended an international school. At first, she was nervous because she didn’t know anyone. However, she soon made friends from different countries. Her English improved a lot because she had to speak it every day. On weekends, she visited famous places like Big Ben and the British Museum. She also tried British food, but she missed Japanese food sometimes. After returning to Japan, she kept in touch with her friends and hoped to visit England again in the future.
